If you use the tab with wedding wire, they can recommend some.

I'm sorry, I'm no help with this, but I just wanted to say "Hi!". I'm originally from Lehigh County Smiley smile My dad used to work in Bucks County. Have you tried the vendor tab? Or made a recommendation request in any Bucks County or PA wedding groups on Facebook? When you get to the point of looking for a photographer, feel free to message me if you'd like to chat more (I travel back to PA).

A larger wedding in Philly in 8 months might be pushing it. Are you willing to adjust your date if venues are not available?

If you want to get married in August, you need to search the vendor tab asap and start making calls. You aren't going to have the luxury of being picky, it may be hard to find anything available for your date.

Bucks county playhouse, peddlers village. Also, call everywhere in new hope basically.

Partyspace.com was a huge help for me in finding a venue! My fiance and I are getting married at John James Audubon Center in 2017, and can't say enough great things about it. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and they have multiple different areas of the space you can use including an apple orchard outside, a barn, and an open air pavilion. Their exclusive caterer is Jeffrey A Miller, who also caters at a lot of other really lovely properties in PA area as well that you can check out. Their food is all farm-to-table and super fresh, and their packages include tables/chairs/wedding cake/etc. Our venue is also BYOB which helps with costs as well.

Have you looked at any of the Jeffrey A. Miller venues? They are reasonably priced - you get a lot of bang for your buck. They have a large number of menu options and you can really customize your menu. The venues are all BYOB so you can save a ton on alcohol too! They have 12 venues (I believe) - we are getting married at the Aldie Mansion in October. There are a bunch of different types of venues so you can really pick the type of look you want. The food is also great!
