colorsAdvice! And How did you pick wedding colors?! 1

We have our colors narrowed down to Navy Blue, Silver, White, with Either Sage or Blush. But we can't decide which one to go with! We are having a small winter wedding at a Winery. Full disclosure, I am a visual person so I got a board to put stuff on so I can actually see it Smiley laugh Opinions ladies? Also what are your colors?! I love to see what other brides are doing!

We have the same color scheme !!!! 💛💛💛💛 we went with blush (just hints of it in the bouquets, and accents around the room because it is also the color under the lace in my dress)

I like the blush for a January wedding; it feels cooler and wintery-er. The green seems more spring to me.

sage/navyAdvice! And How did you pick wedding colors?! 2

blush/navyAdvice! And How did you pick wedding colors?! 3Right! I love them both. We are getting married in the Winter indoors at a winery. My fiance is worried the blush looks too girly and I'm worried that sage would be a hard color to work with. These are a couple pics I found that would be how i would use the colors!

I thought I had colors picked out since before we ever got engaged, even bought a decor piece.
Then we started searching for a venue and looking at themes/colors. We also had a winter wedding (January) and wanted a winter feel. I wanted burgundy with dusty rose think a toned down Valentine’s Day.
Then we chose our venue. It had red exposed brick, which was part of the reason I chose it. I wanted my colors to work so bad, but they just didn’t go with the red. So I switched to shades of blue with silver for an icy winter wonderland feel. I personally think blush goes better than the sage for your colors. Think about your venue and what kind of look you want to create. Let your venue help guide you you don’t want your colors to clash with what’s already there. You can also choose both colors. There’s nothing wrong with that either

I think the blush will go better for a winter wedding. I am getting married in October and love the fall colors, we are having the bridesmaids wear navy and the groomsmen wear burgundy. There will be pops of gold throughout our decor as well as pumpkins and fall colored flowers.

That is so true. I think the blush would like better in the venue than the sage. Thank you for the advice!!

I like the blush with the other colors you have chosen. We are using blush and sage as our colors, of course I don’t think you can go wrong either way!

Why not have them all? They all go together and you can do pops of blush, sage and silver to accent the heavier navy color.

I love white with sage, and even accents of the blush.

We are doing everything white/crystal, with accents of copper. But my bridesmaid dresses are a mauve color.

These colors look beautiful and feel like a winter setting at a winery!

We chose Chianti (mauve-ish), Gem (dark green) and navy for our summer golf course wedding. Our's is an evening ceremony and reception so we wanted darker rather than light colors on our wedding party. The floral's will be magnolia's and other white flowers with dark greenery. Our table's will be decorated with magnolia's and gold touches in our candleabra's and table numbers and we have white ceramic birds included in our centerpieces as well.
