I used good old fashion handwriting on mine. I didn't see saving anytime using my printer to print out labels and having to change the address for every single person so I just got out a pen and did it by hand. It was less stressful that way and I didn't have to worry about my printer smudging it or no lining it up right or any of that.

For my save-the-date, I'm printing the addresses on labels using fun fonts. I don't see why that shouldn't be done. For my wedding invitations, I'm still using labels, but I'll print the addresses in REALLY fancy font. I found a ton of nice free ones online. Good luck with yours!

My handwriting is so bad and I'm going to be doing most the addressing on a drive back to Ohio from Texas, I'm doing clear labels on the STD's but I might do the actual invitations myself.

I know that your wedding happened, but anyone reading this thread should know that there is most definitely a rule. You are always supposed to hand address your invitations, including your Save the Dates. The theory is that it's a once-in-a-lifetime event and should be treated as special. Always hand address. Always.
