a quarter in on planning the wedding, i decided to elope!? Lol

Sounds crazy but the more I thought about budget, opinions, who I do or don’t want there, dress code.. I said no. I’d rather marry in the court and spend my money on a vacation that we need. Alone. We are 35 and 37, we have 3 kids one is 18/ the other two are 11. This is mutually a second marriage for both of us. So I see it as the marriage is for us but the festivities are for others. The most I’d see myself enjoying is my husband, our kids, the cake, and the pictures. So a court wedding with the kids, and off to a vacation. Can I get a congrats!!
