a little bit big or a little small ? Wedding shoes

My wedding shoes:
a little bit big or a little small ? Wedding shoes 1

Im usually a size 8 shoe but these kind of feel like it’s squishing the sides of my toes.. the 8 1/2 on the other hand fits comfortably but I can feel it’s a tad big.. is it better to get them smaller or bigger? Or any suggestions on best way to wear them? Maybe Insoles or the grips that go on the ball of foot? Thank you for the feedback!

Always buy shoes that fit. You are going to be on your feet all day and you definitely don't want to be in pain. If you insist on buying them then buy the slightly larger size. Your feet might swell a bit throughout the day. Never get shoes that are too small.

Thank you! I’m thinking about adding an insert that goes on the ball of the foot to prevent sliding, I saw in the reviews that it helped someone! thank you for writing Smiley smile

My wedding shoes pinched my toes and made my toe nails fall off! (And mine weren’t even too small, just pointed toe) Don’t buy shoes that are too small.

This is why you try on before you purchase. Never buy smaller shoes. You can get padded inserts for the sides to make them fit better.

Definitely go bigger. You can always add pads but you can't take anything away! My feet swell when I'm standing or moving around a lot so I almost always go up half a size on formal shoes/heels.

Those are beautiful, by the way!

Bigger is definitely the right option. You don't want your feet bothering you the entire night, when you should be focusing on your wedding. Pads are definitely the best option. Where did you find these, btw? I love them!!!

I agree, always go bigger rather than smaller. Padding in the toes, insoles, or heel depending on where the extra room is. Just make sure they aren't loose enough that they will leave blisters from rubbing on your heel!
