Ulta and Sephora have those Zeno, zit zappers. They are supposed to work.

Put toothpaste on it before you go to bed for the next 2 nights! It will dry it out and it should shrink... been doing it for years lol

Neutragena on the spot acne treatment. It's in a little tiny tube and it'll cost you an arm and a leg, but it works overnight! Totally worth it!

I would use a clarifying mask to dry it out. Also…load up the toothpaste on it the next couple nights. That always seems to do the trick for me.

Advil liquid pills...poke a hole in the pill with a pin and apply directly to the pimple!

Agreeing with the toothpaste for sure!

Also, hand sanitizer. Purell or any of those with alcohol in them will dry that thing out like crazy. Sometimes I've found it to work even better than the toothpaste.

Honestly, if you have access to a dermatologist I would just go and have them inject it (I think they use cortisone). it'll go away very quickly. i wouldn't use this tactic on a regular basis but this is a bridal emergency!

Witch Hazel pads! Zapped mine in like 24 hours! Also, to keep them away for the next couple of days, no chocolate or dark soda!

I've heard that an Aspirin and water works. There's a few different Aspirin masks using stuff like honey and apple cider vinegar, google it!

    LISTEN TO ME RIGHT NOW!!!!

    ADVIL LIQUIGEL!!!!

Seriously. Sorry for the yelling and if someone else said it then I second, third, whatever them. As long as it's in the beginning stages this WILL work!! Put some of the gel on the pimple. Let it tingle and keep it on there.

From everything I've read through years, a cortisone injection directly into your pimple from your doctor works best. Celebrities and brides do this since it is so effective your pimple goes away overnight.

I'd never considered topical ibuprofen, but that totally makes sense--it would decrease swelling and inflammation (so would aspirin!). Too bad I'm allergic.

If you can't get cortisone from your doctor in time, and you're allergic to NSAIDs like I am, I'd try toothpaste.
