How would u do that walking down the aisle?

Some people have the best man stand up with the officiant before anyone else walks down, you could do that. Have them walk single file and alternate bridesmaid groomsman bridesmaid. It's not as hard to accommodate as it seems.

I agree with this. We had 3 bridesmaid and 1 groomsman. The groomsman walked in from the side with the pastor and the groom, and then walked with one of the bridesmaids for the recessional. The bridesmaids walked down the aisle single file, and then 2 paired up for the recessional.

I’m sure it’s upsetting but maybe he can escort both ladies or have them walk down individually

It's not uncommon to have an uneven bridal party. I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much and just continue with your planning.

The exact same thing happened to us and we are not replacing him. Guys stay at alter after escorting moms and the girls walk alone. No one cares about that. You wedding will be beautiful and fun.

Have the one Best Man walk with the two Maids of Honor.
