$99 Wedding Dress Sale @ DBs

I had bought a bridesmaid dress in David's store, I think it is good.But by contrast.I prefer another online store(www.evweddingau.com) that service is better.

The dresses that they had in my David's bridal store were not cute enough to be $99. My dress is way more expensive than that. I did get my bridesmaids dresses for $97.

Davids had a lot of pretty dresses but the prettiest ones will be seen at other weddings.

I almost bought an Oleg Cassini there and my cousin wore it at her wedding and I've seen it posted on here I think 4 times in the past few months.

If that doesn't bother you yes go for it! If it wasn't a relative it probably wouldn't have bothered me.

I love the $99 sale and can definitely say there are wonderful dresses to choose from... actually funny story - I got my prom dress there which was a $99 wedding dress in ivory lol it was the most beautiful dress! It's crazy looking back because I went to prom with my FH over 10 years ago and we both look so different (my FH used to have super long hair lol) but I remember being in love with that dress and feeling so comfortable.

Yes its true. I suggest you look at the sale online and if you see one you like call the store or stores to see if its even in stock. The dresses for that price are limited in store. However if you really like it and they dont have it in store go try on one similar to it and then go home and order it online. Good luck

I've got an appointment for tomorrow! Fingers crossed I will find something I love. My hope is that if not I'll be able to at least find what style I like and order a $99 one online since no matter WHAT dress I get there won't be exactly what I want even close to my budget. I'm going to have to have things added.

@marion b do the accessories go on sale now too? Maybe you can look for things there and if not, see what you would want to add and find similar on amazon and eBay

I went last weekend and was really disappointed in the $99 selection. There were several styles I saw on the website that I loved that were part of the sale, but you can't get this deal online. At the store there was one small rack of the $99 dresses, none of the ones I liked and none in my size (18). I think it's worth going and checking it out, but don't count on finding something you love that fits. But, every store has a different selection, so you may hit the jackpot.

Does any one know how often they do these sales? It's a bit early for me and I'm trying to lose some weight. The only thing worse than buying a dress early and losing so much weight that the alterations are insane would be buying a dress early and gaining so much weight that the dress doesn't fit, heh.

It really just depends on what the store has. They get a list of style numbers that are going on sale and go through and pull every single size of each number and put them on a rack. I do believe with the $99 sale you take that exact one. With some of the other big sale and clearance dresses they can be ordered if your size is in stock and you aren't putting it on layaway.

I went during the $99 sale in January. I didn't find one I liked that was $99, but I did end up getting my dress on sale that day. (I wanna say it was $600 from $750?)

A friend of mine got hers during the $99 sale. They actually have a decent selection.

Yes, they have plus size $99 dresses. You may need to go to multiple locations for better selections though. Keep in mind, I combed through their website and picked out dresses I liked, but ended up buying one I hadn't even considered.

They do the sales a couple times a year. Usually they have

one in late January/early February

I got mine at the $99 sale. The selection is slightly limited, but they usually have about 3 styles to chose from. I remember seeing at least 2 plus size dresses on the sale as well. I'm not sure how the sale selection varies store to store. Good luck and have fun!
