My task of today! I finished my timeline!!! I didn't realize how hard it would be to find sample timelines for a 6pm Ceremony time. I realize it's much later than most weddings, but I thought I'd be able to find something! Anyway, this is my timeline, if anyone wants to steal it, let me know and I can email it to you! It's all color coded based on who each part refers to.
Not pictured is what playlist each song is located in, and notes about each section (certain announcements to be made and what not).
Let me know if you'd change anything, or if something looks funny.

This is so detailed! Only thing I noticed, are you having speeches? If so they aren't listed on there so wanted to check.

I love your organization! Just thinking about wedding timelines stresses me out! I think it looks great, love your color coding. I also wanted to reassure you, I think 6pm is a normal time for a ceremony to start - my FSIL is getting married on Friday, and hers starts at 6pm, and mine will as well. Happy planning!

This looks great! My ceremony started at 6:30pm and things went great. I do wish I would’ve had the ceremony at 5:30 or 6 instead but it was a Friday night wedding so we wanted to give ppl travel time. The night will go fast!

We have 6 on each side (1 moh, 4 bridesmaids, 1 junior bridesmaid, 2 best men, 3 groomsmen, 1 junior groomsman). The time in this is based on the song for their walk, we will figure out the best way to stagger them at the rehearsal.

Where did you find a sample for a 6pm time line?? Been looking all over for one and closest I've found was 5 or 5:30. Would it be ok if I used yours for ideas?
