Just looking for some encouragement/advice from other brides in my situation! 5/2 wedding, ALREADY postponed my wedding last year 😫. I have a lot of people coming from out of town, but people I’ve talked to make it seem like they will be there regardless. I just don’t want to seem selfish. How is everyone else handling their May weddings??? Waiting it out? Postponing? I just really want to believe things will get better by then!

I’m praying all of this will be over soon. I can’t imagine postponing the date. I’ve already gotten tons of stuff for the wedding with our date on it. Oh, did I mention it’s a destination wedding! I just can’t imagine. I’m trying not to freak out, so I’m just going to wait it out and pray for the best.

Same date here. Looks like we need to postpone it bc our venue might be closed till 5/14. Im so devastated that I dont even know what date I want to move to (with extremely few options). We might have to go for nxt yr.

We were forced to cancel our May 2nd wedding because of travel bans. It’s been a very emotional week. I have no clue when or even where to reschedule now. The travel bans may go through the end of August now.

Give it a week or four. Just see what the trend is. Things getting worse or better?
My wedding was next week. Was able to move things, no problem.

Our wedding is May 17 and so far the wedding will still be happening as of now we taped to the venue and coordinator. Our honeymoon is cancelled and we are so beyond sad 😞
