Is your wedding date correct? If so, with six months to go, it may be slim pickings; hence the difficulties you're having locating one.

You're not finding anything because generally, big venues that aren't drop ceiling, formica community centers (and I have nothing against them) cost a shit ton to run and maintain. Our prettier womens' clubs here in Jersey were 3000.00 when I was still catering, 12 years ago.

You're looking in prime season, you've asked for help and didn't say where you are; there is a limit to how much help anyone here can give you.

I'd be cutting that guest list pronto.

If you look enough you will eventually find something. In my area I found a winery that allowed outside catering. You could be surprised

Not sure what area you are in but to get married at an aquarium was only 2k.

Saturday 2016, My son's wedding reception at Maggianos Cherry hill cost them $3,500 for 100 guest to eat no alcohol. It was very nice and they danced had a DJ.
