Dedicated October 2019

5 days to go! So much stress!

It's been one thing after another. I don't know where to start.

Three weeks ago a couple we are close friends with hadn't bought their attire. They went through a rough horrible financial crisis, so we bought the attire for them. No problem.

Another bridesmaid couldn't get her dress in the size she needed by the wedding date. So I made every call possible to make it happen.

Three days ago (one week out) the venue calls because the owner made a decision to change security. They had given us three choices. We hired an officer that seemed great! Option 2 was fully booked, Option 3... well lets say my FHs- Grandmother and this particular officer had a very passionate past. So he was a no go. Well the venue decided that option number 3 would be our only option 🤦‍♀️ After going back and fourth with the venue the agree to let us have our choice.

At this same time! I received a.m email from our DJ about our song choices... felt with that. The next day. All hell breaks out again.

My FH was feeling some kind of way and very argumentative, our friends mentioned above both backed out of the wedding because the husband was able toobtain a new job and didn't want to ask for a day off do soon I completely understood. As frustrated as I was, because we just paid for everything, they really needed the job to work out (even if he was off yesterday).

MINUTES later, my mother went off on me because I didn't have time to drop everything and go look at her hair. My daughter was battling a stomach bug, one I was trying to contain! It made it's way to my sisters home and children.

Today. 5 days away. I can not get my money back for the dress or tux so I have two friends who asked to fill in for them. They are just as wonderful as the other couple. But, the virus mentioned above, has returned with a vengeance and my weather alerts say rain is expected on our wedding day. Our ceremony site is outdoors. We have an option to move it into the reception area. But it will be very very cramped.

Help! I'm freaking outttt.

You've been dealing with so much, Krystle. Sending you a big e-hug Smiley heart

Hopefully, the weather will cooperate, however, take comfort in the fact you have a backup. This is a big positive! So guests will be a little cramped? It's better than standing in the rain Smiley laugh

It's going to be a wonderful day and all the hiccups will be long behind you Smiley smile
