365 days to go!!!!!

The day will come by so fast !

We’re October 24, 2020 and it’s really sinking in for us as well. Our countdown number started at over 700 and I cannot believe how fast the time has flown by. We’ve got mostly the same things done - reception hall chosen and paid for. It comes with catering but we’ve not done a tasting yet or chosen/paid for the meals. Wedding planner is chosen and half paid for. She’s gifted us our bouquets so that’s done as well. Church is chosen with a deposit down and we have some meetings and our counseling to set up for March. DJ deposit is down. Photographer is half paid. I bought my dress this January so I’m way ahead there. 😂 We scheduled an engagement shoot for November and are probably sending out the save the dates I swore we would never do. 🤣 I’m just getting so excited. 🎉 I need to really buckle down and get HMUA chosen and then it feels like it’s final touches and a few diys from there.

So far we have locked in our venue, photographer, DJ, decorator, planner, and I have my dress as well. Time is really flying. We take our engagement pictures in November and I think I'll actually be able to breathe for a sec. I still have to work on attire for the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and the groom.

View Quoted Comment You sound ahead as well, its all just so exciting!! I think we locked in our colors for my bridesmaids/bridesman and his groomsmen. Ladies will be in mauve and gent in mauve suit jacket and black dress pants and my FH will wear a burgundy suit jacket (to stand out) with black dress pants and his groomsmen in all black. We’re trying for a “dark and moody” vibe. It looks good in my mind so hopefully it will be executed well hahaha! Wish me luck!
