Hey! So I am at the three month mark and need to get my butt in gear. I was thinking of doing the barre three month bridal thing but seeing as I know nothing about fitness figured I would through it out to the group.
What is the best way to slim down and tone up for the big day? (can't really bulk up because my dress is already tight). I was thinking barre, kickboxing, crossfit ? I have no idea but I need something that holds me accountable (working out at home does not work). Any ideas or personal experiences are greatly appreciated
