2Nd marriage wedding

🙋‍♀️This is my 2nd marriage and it's much smaller than my first. Just like I like it!

This is my second wedding/marriage and we're doing DW. We invited close to 40 people but will have a total of 9 and I couldn't be happier. Those who deemed our union important made the sacrifice to attend. We gave everyone 2.5 years to plan to attend but knew most wouldn't go. Im getting married tomorrow on the beautiful island of Jamaica and I'm so relaxed.

This is my second marriage as well. It is only 14 people including us, partly due to Covid and partly due to not wanting to have a giant wedding the second time around.

My budget is very small and the event should be very small, around 30 guests I guess. Looking for ideas to pull off something nice on a budget.

This is my 2nd wedding and my fiancé's 1st.

I had a big wedding the first time around (175 invited and 125 final count). It sounds incredibly ungrateful, but I hated it. Both of our families paid for everything so I had no say in anything. When the day came, I had no time to enjoy the party because I had to spend the entire time taking pictures and thanking people I had never met before or who I hadn't seen since I was 2 -- only to overhear people talking smack and criticizing every detail!

This time I'm going micro -- 50 guests; close friends, and immediate family. I'm also going to do a nuptial mass the day before with just our parents, our kids, and his siblings (my first was a civil marriage).

I'm super excited!
