2020 wedding year is here!! What should i be doing at this point?

My wedding is in September, but what I did I made a detailed to-do list for each month; I also made one for my FH but I have feeling I will be making sure he gets his stuff done. But I liked breaking it down so I didn't feel as overwhelmed by a giant to do list. Plus that way I had the details in the list such as phone numbers or email addresses of vendors. I also haven't been doing much since Thanksgiving, I wanted to take a break with the holidays.

Hi date twin! I am in the exact same boat. We had most of our big vendors booked a while ago and are struggling with things to do until May. Is there anything your venue doesn't provide that you need to rent that hasn't been done yet? If you're not having a DJ could start making a party playlist. If you're having a seating chart you could start getting a rough idea of how you want to lay that out. I wish I had more for you! Good luck!

Anyway, I had a lot of major stuff booked months and months ago, so I kind of took a break from planning over the holidays, as there wasn't much to do.

Now that the new year has started, I am back at it!! I'm still in need of a couple of vendors (dessert/officiant), but the rest of the time, I'll be more focused on my vision for our decor, and how to put that together. It's going to be really simple, as we don't want to spend a lot on this. My girls are picking/ordering their dresses this month. I have to get FH going with his guys on ordering their attire. I'm really glad I booked the major stuff early on, so now it's done, and I don't have to worry.

So, I have a to-do list, but it's not that bad anymore. I already have our invitations. Those will go out at the end of March. Just moving right along! Good luck and happy planning!!
