I was just wondering how far along you are in your wedding planning if you are getting married on November or December of 2020? I am getting married December 6th of 2020 and I want to see if I am on track with everyone else who is getting married around that time.

I am in the process of getting quotes for vendors!

Have NOT paid any deposits yet - calculating what all I need as a deposit.

Developing the budget and getting real life costs is super important to me!

I also do get distracted and start making save the dates/etc. and playing with the seating chart feature... and going through the menu... lol a little too soon for that!

I am pinterest obsessed for this, and etsy for all my needs! FB Marketplace this winter after the weddings will have some good deals on the fall decor!

So far my fiance & I have secured the church ( our church), our pastor, the DJ ( pastor's son), pastor's wife is helping us with our decorations. We've come a long way. Still have to find someone to do the food, our cake & groomscake, & of course the BIG one I have to find my dress!!

I feel way behind.. we cant even fully commit to a date yet. We have either November 28th, 2020 and have it at his aunt's home in Colorado (which has been my dream since i first visited their home) or our original plan of December 1st, 2020 and stay local with venue. Basically we have to call and have a discussion with his aunt to make sure it's ok with her since his uncle said it was ok but he recently had a heart attack and now I am worried it will put pressure on them that is uncomfortable. But we will have our date and venue on lock after the 3rd week of November 2019 for sure 😹😹😬

I secured my date the following month of our engagement! Lol! Out of my pledge class of sorority sisters, four of us are getting married next year & I wanted a fall wedding lol! So I wasted no time!

I have the venue, date & catering picked out, but I’m picking up the rest of the planning next month in November. That way, it’s a year out & gives me a 3 month “chill period” from wedding planning!

I’m getting married on November 21, 2020. A lot of what we planned doesn’t need to be booked for a while or we haven’t bought it yet but we know what we’re doing. We booked of reception venue, which is food and bar also, and we are in the process of booking our church now. We have the rehearsal dinner location picked out. We just picked our colors this weekend (even though I’m still on the fence), and I am buying our centerpiece wood flowers on Black Friday but those are all picked out. I’ve asked 3/5 BMs, I have my dress, hair piece and veil (which is really a cape). We have our photographer, but we haven’t booked her yet. She’s a family friend that has been doing our photos since I was 13 so we’re meeting with her in a few weeks to talk about it. We are getting mini bundlets from nothing bundt cakes, we just have to order these a month before. Hmm what else... I have most of the decor picked out, just not purchased because I’m waiting for Black Friday. Invites are probably going to be bought on Black Friday too if there are sales for those. I’m totally clueless on flowers and cake though!

We're getting married 10/10/20. We have basically everything booked - except we have to decide on bridal party outfits. Our venue does our center pieces so we just have to go in and show her what we want and she makes multiples of it. I got my dress late last month, and we ordered/reserved the cake late last month. Our save the dates are next on our list - just waiting to get engagement pictures back for those (we took them 2.5 weeks ago). We also have to get room blocks at a couple hotels for guests - I already booked an Airbnb for the bridal party and for us. We wanted to get everything booked as early as possible to avoid stress closer to the big day Smiley smile

We've been engaged for 1.5 years now - 2.5 by the time we get married. We knew the date we wanted - but it also has given us tons of time to book early but also get other options!

I'm getting married on 11/14/20. We have our venue (includes catering, wedding day coordinator, ceremony space, reception space) officiant, and photographer booked. Going to order our save the date cards soon. Also bought a few decorations. I'm starting to look at wedding dresses in November. Other than that, just researching a lot of other things and trying to not get too overwhelmed.

I'm getting married Dec 7th, 2020. I sent STDs last month, I have my dress, photographer, venue (all inclusive) so caterer, dj and baker, we have our honeymoon decided but they wont allow booking till 330 days out (Feb), we have been buying little things here and there. Our registry is made at two places but I'll update here and there and our final guest list is set (so we could send the STDs). Our engagement photos were done last month so we could send STDs as well! I believe I am a little ahead of the game but thats good for us since we are also looking to buy a house and move in by the month before the wedding Smiley smile

Girl you’re fine I only have the venue and church and I’m getting married Aug 29 2020. I just booked them too, like within the last few weeks, so I just about hit 10 months...you’re still ahead of a year!

    Our wedding is Nov 8 , 2020
    we have our

Venue, photographer, dj, cake, dress, color scheme already figured out/booked/bought

finishing our guest list to order our the STDs
florist I’m not too worried about
we still need an officiant - wedding party attire- finalizE our list/invites (which would be done closer to the date) decor will be done in the spring not concerned since we know what we want just don’t want to do it all too soon. Shower will be taken care of from both of our moms and then just the little things will fall into place

We're 11/14/2020. We got engaged in July. So far we have colors, venue, caterer, photographer, Photo Booth (also our favor), DJ, rehearsal dinner, hotel rooms blocked, hair stylist, officiant, bridal party, draft guest list, registry started, flowers picked out (buying wooden and building our own), engagement photo session, and an idea for center pieces.

We still need to do dress/suiting, choose readings, songs, finalize menus for bar and dinner, figure out dessert, build bouquets and stuff, write our vows, make/purchase signs and finalize decor, get wedding bands, do hair and make up trials...jeeze. I feel like I have a lot done but the more I look at my wedding planner book the more I realize how many little details are still to come. I wish us all luck!

Kimberly don't feel bad! I'm also a late August bride and we only have our venue, officiant (a friend), some decor and dress picked (lucked out on a sample sale). We're talking to caterers now and should have that booked in the next couple of weeks, but still need photographer and DJ. I'll also be DIYing my Sola wood bouquets and all the signage, save the dates and invites -- so plenty left to do!
