2020 brides

I am getting married 29 of November 2020. I have the venue, caterer, dj, and photographer booked. I know what dress I want as well but I got excited and looked a little early in regards to that part. I have an idea of my cake and decor but haven't made any real movement there yet. how far along are you?

Im getting married October 4th 2020.. ive has my caterer, venue, photographer, cake/cupcakes, wedding planner, Dj, minister, bartenders all taken care of since before my 1 year mark.. but my step mom who I love to death is super ocd when it comes to planning things out lol. Which is why most my wedding is done except small things.

Hey Sarah! Our date is 11.21.2020. We have the venue, caterer (comes with cake), and photographer booked. Have the wedding dress. Know wedding colors. Know wedding party. Will be DIYing florals (mostly just seasonal greenery) and doing trial runs this winter. Booked a DOC through our caterer. Next step is finding bridal party outfits. Oh and booking a DJ!

I’m November 7, 2020. I have my venue which is all inclusive with caterer, dj, bartender, flowers, coordinator, and decorations. I have my dress, only because I started looking a bit early for that and picked it in the only boutique I went to lol. I’m looking into cake bakers, we have a few designs down that we may want. I also have my photographer, we will be doing engagement/save the dates in December. FH is looking into a suit for himself because he is customizing his. In a few weeks I will be going with the bridesmaids to look for their dresses. We also have ideas of invitations we want to get. Other than that, I’m just looking into the small stuff (cake topper, guest book, shoes).

Hi Sarah! I’m getting married November 6, 2020 and so far all we have are the venue, photographer, and dj. I have my dress picked out too! Right now we are looking into decorations since most of them will be DIY we want to get as much done early as we can. We haven’t picked a caterer yet bc we can’t decide on the food we want lol ☺️

I'm November 2020! We're got our reception and ceremony venues, THOUGHT we had a photographer and are now on the crunch to find someone (send help and money), and are on track to buy my dress and choose/order invitations by mid-January/February. We have a very clear picture of what we want and will start purchasing decorations pretty soon to snag end of season deals

Girl I need to use your step mom haha. I and getting married the day before you and I have the venue, bartender, caterer, & officiant all on the done list. I have the DJ and photographer I want in mind, but I haven't made the leap yet. I haven't even tried a dress on yet and well the guest list is struggling because FH is working while I am home and vice versa.

Ours is 9/10/20 and we have the venue, officiant, photographer, dress and H&MU. We're moving out of state so we're prematurely going cake tasting and figure out catering the next few weeks so we won't have to come back until September. Otherwise we wouldn't do that until next spring

I’m not a November or December bride... but close enough 😁!!!!! We’re getting married on 10/10/20 and are basically done with the main planning. We have our venue, save-the-dates ordered, cake, catering (through the hotel), wedding planner, photographer, videographer, florist, DJ, officiant, hair and makeup, cocktail hour entertainment and I have my dress (no bridal party).

Our decor ideas have been decided upon (mini champagne bottle escort “cards”, guest book, table decor, etc). Not doing any DIY, so I will completely finalize the decor ideas when we fly out to see the venue again in December. The main items remaining are personal things like my accessories (I’ve already selected the vendors for those) and decisions about songs.

The biggest remaining decision is our honeymoon destination and invitations.

I am getting married 10.17.2020! We have booked all our vendors (venue, caterer, photographer, florist), asked our bridal parties and picked out their outfits, and I have bought my dress, all my accessories (shoes, earrings, hair piece, veil, shapewear) and decor. We did our engagement photos last month and sent out save the dates. We still need to book our after party venue, book our honeymoon and finalize our rehersal dinner venue. We also need to do small things like book dance lessons, order groomsmen gifts, send out invites etc.

photographers are no joke when it comes to price! We caught ours right before he raised his prices (by $2500!!).

Wow I’m getting married August 29 2020 and I only have my venue and church booked. I feel so behind compared to these responses! I’ve only been engaged less than two months, and we just secured our venue and church. All the research I do says you don’t need to do everything at least a year in advance, but it appears that most people do 🙈

Hi! Im getting married 11/07/20. I got engaged 09/01/19. By 09/19/19, I had the venue (includes cake and caterers), DJ, honeymoon and photographer booked. I purchased my FGs dress and just purchased the floral for the day yesterday. I plan on getting my dress next month.

We’re getting married November 2020, and we’ve currently got our venue, coordinator, photographer, and officiant picked. I also picked out/ordered my dress. We have our save the dates and will be sending them out in mid November after another family wedding, we don’t wanna steal their thunder. We have them so early because our wedding is on a Sunday and at least half our family is traveling. We’re currently picking out our caterer, and also looking at center pieces. We’ve picked out our location for our engagement photos. One step at a time!
