I haven't met with the cake people yet, but I know that FH wants red velvet so that will be at least one tier of the cake.

I love the look of fondant but not the taste so I don't plan to use it, but don't know what I am going to pick yet. I am thinking a square 3 tier similar to this

We are indeed!! it is themed after everything magic kingdom only. so all of the tables center pieces and or themes are different rides in magic kingdom.

and the bridal party is going to be in all colors of cinderellas castle including my dress which is white and blue.

I wouldn't do a naked cake if you are having different flavors that all wouldn't look like the same base color. Like having a vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet tier would look really strange as a naked cake. I would consider buttercream instead of yucky fondant! Or you could do a small two tier naked cake for cutting of one flavor then have sheet cake in the back of the other flavors.

I am appreciative of those bakers who can make a great naked cake from scratch though, so I will be taking my time to find that. I’m not a fan of fondant, I think it taste horrible. I know a few and have been recommended to a few places who have some some nice, tasteful. Asked cakes so I plan to do all my proper research as time comes.

I don't mind taking some home, but I am also going to have like little boxes in case anyone wants to take a cupcake home with them. Because I know sometimes I am full and don't want to eat dessert when I am at a wedding. That way I'm hoping I won't have too many cupcakes to take home with me.

View Quoted Comment That’s really my only concern. I just hate the taste of fondant and I’m a bit over the buttercream. It’s delicious but wanted to try something a bit different. I’ve noticed at events icing is usually left on the plate, especially if there was fondant.
