2 weddings - invites??

Kimberly, on September 13, 2019 at 11:55 AM Posted in Planning 0 6
We are having a destination wedding in New Hampshire on 10/17/20 for fall foliage... We are also having a home town reception 11/14/2020... What is the best way to arrange that on the save the dates and invitations?

Are you having a full ceremony and reception at the destination wedding? And are you planning to invite everyone to both? (They may not be able to attend both)

Ceremony only at destination site..no ceremony only reception in hometown...every one will not be invited to both...for that reason

Okay, just make sure that it’s clear that the destination one is ceremony only and that a reception will follow on x date.

Make sure that it is on your Wedding Web-site and spreads by word of mouth.

Maybe a nice decorative sign or something on your programs at your event to reiterate?

    Google Reception Card wording.

I would send two different invites. Call the first one your wedding & the second one a reception.

No...the destination wedding will have a ceremony and the reception… the Hometown wedding will just be the reception
