16 days until wedding day!!

Hello. You are freaking out because of nerves. Everything will be fine and you will enjoy the day. For questions:

1) When are the paternal toasts held? I am not sure that has to be included but maybe after the MOH/BM speeches?? Are they going to speak? If not, I do not think they would toast. I would like to have both my dad and FH's dad say some words. Is it before or during dinner? I would say towards end of the dinner. Before to me would make sense if it were a prayer.

2) Who are all of the vendors that I need to include in our headcount? Photographers. Anyone working during your reception I would say. Currently, I have photographer and DJ.. What about officiant and day of coordinator? Only if they are staying during reception.

Our fathers said something before the maid of honor and best man speeches.


I agree with pp if any of them are staying for reception then include them.

We are at 12 days so I understand!! What helped me was to make list! List, list, list. I have an inventory checklist, timeline printouts, vendor printouts, a honeymoon pack list, day of pack list, and a to do list. As far as your questions, my only suggestion is to feed all vendors who are present for the reception. I offered food to pretty much everyone haha.
