14K Gold Wedding Band Cost

Does FH work with his hands at all? 14k is fairly soft so it can scratch. If he does, you might want to consider 10k instead.

FH got his band from a local jeweler during a black Friday sale, so our price is relatively cheap for what we got. It was a plain 14K yellow gold band, about 5-6mm wide (I forget exactly), and cost around $300.

If cost is a factor, have you considered 10k gold? Instead of 14k gold, I'm getting FH a 10k band. He wants a minimum of 8mm in width, so the 10k is definitely helping to lower the cost.

I would suggest looking at Kohl's if you ever shop there. They have several quality rings and they let you stack sales, coupons, and Kohl's cash all together. They currently have a sale going on, they have some yellow gold rings for anywhere from $200 to about $1000 depending on just how simple of a ring he wants.

I got FH's on Etsy and it was $280 ($600) in the mall jewelry stores. It is 14k comfort fit 5mm. The seller even engraved it for free.
