I always dreamed of a Vera wang dress, and it costs around that price. Instead I end up with a dress from Pronovias, it’s really beautiful, original price it’s $2,600

I think pricing always depends on quality of fabric, hand-sewn beading/lace, and brand name. I love all of the dresses in this thread, the cheaper ones still look expensive...

I didn’t spend near $10k on my dress, but I did end up spending a little more than I wanted to (once accessories and alterations were added in). Overall it’s your day and I think it’s important to wear something that you feel comfortable and confident in.

Wow, no I didn't spend nearly that much. I think our whole wedding and honeymoon will be under $1,500. We are having a DW, for just the 2 of us. I love my dress, and the price. It cost less than $50. Here it is, but that is definitely not me!!!

I didn't spend anywhere near that much (just over $300 for mine) but if I had the money I would totally have gone all out on a princess style ballgown type dress with dreamy soft cascading tulle, lace and pearls🤤🤤🤤

Mine was $1,500 Oleg Cassini. I have a cathedral veil from amazon though. My train is chapel length. It was cathedral but I had it cut down.

I could never justify spending that on a dress to be 100% honest, especially since I only will wear it once. I struggled quite a bit to spend $1900 on mine and that included import fees and shipping costs (from Italy) and taxes.

Our entire wedding, flights, hotels and the week in Vegas was less than 10k so I can't imagine getting a dress for that much.

That being said if someone stepped up and was like you can have your dream dress even if it costs 10k I sure as heck would have tried on more dresses. I loved my dress but only looked at ones under 1k and mine cost $499.

If I had 10k to spend I'd get 2 dresses. The first one for the ceremony and 2nd one for the reception.

That’s is a budget for a dress I can only dream of! So generous of him to pay for it. I had a budget (pre alterations) of 3k and came in at about 2700. I always wanted to have a 5k budget but when I sat down and saw the price of everything else I just couldn’t afford to allot that much for the dress. I probably could have spent less and found something beautiful but I absolutely love my dress. It’s a Martina Liana

OMG i have a dress by the same designer and i feel the same i saw other dresses a lot cheaper on line but i love my dress and the few people i shown pics too are like its made for me.
