10 year Wedding Vow Renewal.

My husband and I will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary next year. We had an extremely small wedding. And by small I mean no dress, no tux, married by a justice of the peace small. We are now able to afford the celebration we originally wanted. I’ve seen so many articles about Vow renewal etiquette. Many of them say it’s inappropriate to have bridesmaids or groomsmen. Is this something we should stay away from or does it really matter? We keep going back and forth but not sure what we should do.

I say do what ever makes you happy... it's a wedding (your wedding you never had)... yes your 'married' but did not have a "wedding" and that's part of a wedding having bridesmaids and groomsmen. This is just my opinion 😁

Do whatever youd like for your vow renewal. Treat it or celebrate as if its your official wedding. Just let people know beforehand that you're already married. 9/10 people dont care that you are already married. They just want to celebrate your marriage and party with you. So go with the bridesmaids, groomsmen, bouquet toss, veil, etc. if that's what your heart desires.
