1 week 'till RSVP deadline and...

Depending on who has not RSVP'd yet, I would probably do most through phone calls that way they are less likely to procrastinate getting back to you.

Good idea Star, some of my guests aren't on Facebook so I will have to call them.

I would facebook them something like

Hi everyone!

We're trying to get our final count in for the wedding, please remember to send in your rsvps by ___ to have a reservation for dinner!

then i would give them a day or two past that date to start calling all your remaning slackers!

You still have so many left...I hope that doesnt happen to me But I bet you'll get a ton after you send out a reminder message

We had 84 to track down a couple of days before the RSVP deadline! It amazes me how people don't RSVP!! And I even emailed some and they never responded, but mailed in the RSVP...of course it was a few days late! How rude!! Why not respond back with something?? Good luck with getting your RSVPs!

I mailed my invites on May 24th, so 2 1/2 weeks ago. Deadline is June 26th, 2 1/2 weeks from now...I have heard back from 36 people (PEOPLE not Invites) which means 18 returned RSVP's. We invited 125. I am trying to be patient and hoping that I am going to get mass envelopes here.... I didn't get ANY yesterday! Don't these people understand that I NEED those envelopes to make my days happy? Sheesh! The best was when the neighbor came by this weekend to hand deliver his son's grad party invite but didn't bring their RSVP for our wedding...I so wanted to call him out on that one. They live NEXT DOOR and haven't RSVP'd!!!!

I also have about 130 people left to rsvp but my due date was the 3rd! I contacted a few people through facebook and then called my parents and had them ask around. Good luck!
