Did anyone else have this problem? It's a perfect fit.. the fabric just seems to be wrinkled in that area. Is there any solution to this?

I just ordered the Maggie Sottero dress called Emma in Ivory in a size 6. My measurements were chest - 31 which would put me in a size 0 (sucks to be small chested). Waist 27, would put me in a size 6...
