How many venues did you look at before you chose your ceremony and reception locations? Or did you just "know" you were going to have it there?

So I have decided to do the "first look" picture session with my photographer. For those of you that may call it something different....it's where the bride & groom see each other before the wedding...

I absolutely LOVE this venue I'll be having my ceremony and reception there, however they won't allow anyone to come and set anything up until an hour and a half before the event time. Will that be...
