Just curious on what the norm is for tipping vendors. Which ones do you typically tip and how much do you tip them?

I'm starting to plan our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Any ideas on how much time I should expect the actual rehearsal to take? I would guess no more than an hour but wanted to see what everyone else was doing?
