As a wedding coordinator and designer how would you break up your payments? I understand you have to get your initial retainer but how should you break up the payments after that mind you its booked a year in advance?

How should a wedding planner or coordinator break up their payments? How should they arrange it so that it was still be feasible and fair to the budgeting bride and groom and also the coordinator as well?

I know its not wrong to rsvp but is it too much to have some1 at the door checking the list to make sure only rsvp guest are getting in? The reason why I'm so crazy about this is my sister went to a wedding and there was no seating chart ir rsvp so...

Who exactly do I distribute a wedding timeline to? Is it just the wedding party and vendors? Also is there any specific etiquette to handing them out?
