Ombre wedding dress

Twila, on March 9, 2017 at 6:33 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 8

Does anyone know of any companies that can dye a wedding dress at the bottom ombre I live in a small city that isn't hip lol and some places I found on line cost way more than my actual dress budget which isn't really low. Peacock theme

Hi Twila, it would be great if you could set an avatar photo. You’ll get more replies on your

Dip dying a wedding dress takes a lot of time - I would expect this to be pricey.

Do you already have a dress you want dyed? It may be easier to purchase an already-ombre-d dress. Etsy may be a place to look either way, you may find an artist on there who knows about fabrics who could help you out. What color are you going to have?

I'm not sure you can ombre multiple colors like that unless you have each piece of fabric dyed and then assembled.

You could probably do blue to purple or blue to green if you want the dip dyed ombre look. It depends on what you're envisioning I guess - but you can't dip dye green and end up with purple. Colors and dye don't work that way. You could maybe get a sort of tie-dyed effect?

And looking on etsy, even in just one color, the ones that look nice start at around $1000.

I know the one!!!! It is beautiful. The website explains a little about how the artist does her work and may be helpful if you are looking for another airbrush artist.

Colored Crinolines cost less and are also a great way to get some color in a subtle way.
