Estimating 200 people for 4/5hr reception in September. Not sure how many cans of soda/water to estimate per person. We may be adding lemonade but not sure. Not doing alcohol. Any suggestions?

My dress is champagne, what color should my bridesmaids dresses be? I originally thought blush but its too close in color to my dress. I'm now thinking davids bridal ballet or wine. Is the color wine too dark for a June wedding?
