I am really falling in love with the look of tulle bottoms/trains. Has anyone had these bustled and not have it tear? I know an experienced seamstress can do it, but I want to know if anyone actually had issues?

Has anyone purchased bulk flowers and created the centerpiece arrangements themselves? Is this an awful idea?
