Okay so me & FH have decided to hire a bartender for the wedding. To keep from trying to spend so much, should we just buy our own liquor and let the bartender serve it out or have an open bar? I heard open bars can be expensive though.

3670 days agoMe & FH plan to RSVP as well, what I'm confused about is how will we be able to keep up with people that RSVP & that didn't, I mean anyone who didn't RSVP could come up & get a plate how do we control this or do I just leave this to the caterer?
