For those of you who are doing a brunch the morning after the wedding -- how are you letting people know? are you inviting everyone who's invited to the wedding? just out of town folks?

We're getting married on my aunt and uncle's property in the Catskills. As such, we're bringing everything to the site -- and that includes alcohol. I feel confident about getting the wine and beer. I'm more iffy about doing two signature cocktails....
