Anyone know how I can get suites done for our July wedding? The place where the guys were suppose to get suites is shut down because of this covid 19. We were getting them from suite mart. We need a plan B for the guys

We are having a popsicle cart during our July wedding. Do you think we should have it before the ceremony since it’s hot for them to enjoy before it starts or during cocktail hour? HELP!!
