I am getting married in the hamptons (about 3 hours from NYC) and have been getting quotes for hair and make up people. The prices I have been getting are based on a day rate and are 1000.00 for EACH!!! With this being said, they are there all day...

What are your thoughts on a wedding where you are served pizza from a wood burning pizza oven for dinner? Think green salad, and then gourmet pizza... lots of topping options like goat cheese, arugula, homemade meatballs, figs, etc etc and also more...

I am having my wedding at a friend's home, which is amazingly generous but proving to be very complicated on a limited budget as well as we need to bring everything in. Does anyone know a day of or partial wedding planner out there?
