I usually do not wear it to bed in case I (being a clutz) hit it off our metal bed frame in my sleep. And I bought another ring that was also rose gold that was only $5 from walmart that I can wear to work. I work as a nurse in a hospital and really don't want repeated washing or nasty bodily fluids ruining the ring. Plus, its almost impossible to wear gloves with even a small jewel on a ring.
