We are having the hardest time deciding on our honeymoon destination. Anyone prefer Puerto Vallarta or Cabo and why? Help!

It seems like the vacation packages drop in price the longer you wait to book? For Instance, if our honeymoon will be in January of 2016 it seems like its a lot cheaper to book through them say 2 months before January as opposed to booking it...
