Has anyone from the Philadelphia/Montgomery County area had a friend/family member be their wedding officiant? Me and the FH have decided on using a mutual friend, but am wondering how I go about getting them ordained or certified.

How many venues did you guys look at before selecting a venue? I’m cutting ya off at 8. I figure that gives us plenty of location/menu options see/talk about and weigh our options.
