I have to be at the venue at 9:00 am (both ceremony & reception are held there) I don't know if I should have my bridal party meet me there fully dressed and ready to go or to all change into our gowns at the venue. What would you do?

Are flowers really a necessity? Is it tacky to not have flowers? I don’t really have the budget for them and don’t see the need for it either except for my bridesmaids and myself to not be always while walking down the aisle.
