Did everyone create their assigned seating chart before you got your final headcount of guests or after you got your final headcount?

Me and fh are leaning towards cutting our guest list to about 60-75 and still having virtual, but we’re also leaning to keeping the original number 150 and then in October ask if they will/will not attend but still include virtual in that as well....

Do the parents exit out as well with the rest of the bridal party? After the exit we will be taking pics in the lobby area and our parents will be in these pics as well.
