So my wedding is on 11/14/20 and we’re cutting our guest list from 150 to 50. I was gonna send out the message in October to all of the guests that was previously invited but I saw some people say I should send it a little earlier, what should I do?

Especially if any of the people you must cut would likely make travel arrangements (airfare, hotel, etc.), I'd let them know ASAP that, unfortunately, you are not going to be able to invite them to attend in person after all. I'm so sorry!

We're 10/10 and are going from 130 to 30. I'm working on mailing out our "Change of Plans" cards to our guests in the next day or two.

I agree with the previous posters, I think I'd try to tell them ASAP! The sooner the better so they can make their necessary travel changes and to get ahead of guest questions!!
