Phyllis was AWESOME!
I have very high standards and struggle with anxiety, and Phyllis at 1 Luxury Destination Weddings & Honeymoons was the ABSOLUTE BEST! From start to finish, she put my mind at ease and provided excellent customer service to me and my now husband, and our 28 guests who traveled from all over the U.S. to attend our destination wedding in Cancun. The Zoom call with everyone before our departure date to give a presentation on logistics and tips for our trip and to answer any questions live was an especially nice touch! Her follow up was also amazing! She did an excellent job of handling a few issues before our wedding when we were in Cancun and she was in the States, and she even followed up and helped us resolve an issue with a tour guide after we returned to the States. Phyllis is the best!
Working with 1 Luxury Vacation was so great! All of my guests were able to reach out to Phyllis for all questions and concerns in the planning process of the trip. She was very knowledgeable of the resort and what to expect upon arriving. Every single one of my guests received the reservation they requested or were upgraded and all transfers to/from the hotel were handled great as well. Working with Phyllis took a huge weight off my shoulders in regards to wedding planning since I knew my guests were going to be well taken care of. Such a great travel agent to work with!Working with 1 Luxury Vacation was so great! Great Experience!
Phyllis was always there for me and my guests for the full year process and the best part is she did not charge any service fees for me or my guests. She always sent me updated room list, reminded our guests of important deadlines ahead of time, offered monthly payment reminders, arranged the best private transfers, and gave tips and advice throught the process. It was a relief to have an agency handle all the details and be in contact with our guest so we could have time to pick out our wedding decor and reception selections.Phyllis was always there for me and my guests for the full year process and the best part is she did not charge any service fees for me or my guests. Phyllis is the best! Terrific travel agent and company for your wedding!
We had a few unexpected curve balls from our resort during our wedding planning process, but thankfully our travel agent Phyllis helped us solve these issues which would have been a nightmare on our own. She accommodated our very large group in Cabo with no mistakes (...not an easy task) and in the end, the wedding turned out better than we could have possibly imagined. We sincerely thank Phyllis and the whole FunJet group for making our wedding so special. Our agent Phyllis went above and beyond what I would consider standard for a travel agent. We do not believe there are many travel agents out there that would care so much about their clients' well being. Her customer service and knowledge of the resorts are outstanding, and we were so thankful to have worked with her. Phyllis Kauffman did phenomenal job helping my husband and I plan our honeymoon trip to Sandals Royal Bahamian.
