  This is your wedding venue...trust me.

  At 18, I took a trip to Kauai with my mom and best friend. One night, we stumbled upon The Beach House where I saw a bride in the window of the restaurant. I told my mom, “that’s the wedding I want.” A couple...decades...later, I got engaged. ;)
  
  When I reached out to The Beach House’s wedding planning guru, Tiffany (Tiff), in January of 2020 to plan a wedding for May 2020, rather than saying the timeline was too tight, she basically said, “challenge accepted.” She proceeded to plan our dream wedding with a calm confidence that instantly put my mind at ease. She also fielded an onslaught of disjointed communication from me and my wonderful mom with impressive grace. Planning a wedding from California (2020)/Colorado (2021) with a stranger in Hawaii could easily have felt overwhelming and daunting but Tiff has a gift. She’s such a strong, and gently persistent, communicator that she gained our trust immediately and made the experience seamless.
  
  Like a lot of brides in 2021, I had to reschedule our 2020 wedding. I was tempted to abandon our Kauai wedding dreams and take a simpler approach (think: courthouse/eloping to a field). Thankfully, we decided to go for it and Tiff picked up right where we left off as though no time had passed. In May of 2021, we had our dream wedding (I miiight watch the teaser video 1-7.5 times daily in an effort to relive that day). The coordinators, officiant, servers, DJ, and photographer/videographers that Tiff recommended worked together so harmoniously that I didn’t have a single stressful moment. Unheard of for my type A self.
  
  My in-laws coincidentally booked Beach House-adjacent lodging so we witnessed several weddings at the venue prior to and following ours; I was blown away by how unique each one was. Tiff is able to sense a couple’s vibe and realize their vision. Trust me, this is your wedding venue and Tiff’s your planner.
  
  The one complaint I have is that the wedding was over in the blink of an eye and I’m envious every time a new bride’s dream wedding is featured on The Beach House IG. Hehe.

  Dream Wedding Turned into Reality

  As residents of Las Vegas, we decided to have an intimate destination wedding. We chose the Beach House for their oceanfront view and because they seemed to be the only venue we searched that had all "all-inclusive" photographer, videographer, florist, DJ, officiant, and Wedding Coordinator. Needless to say, we put our full trust in the wedding coordinator, Tiffany Lee. I can honestly say that I did not stress at all during our wedding process.
  
  While most couples do not have the opportunity to visit the venue before their BIG DAY, we were lucky enough to be able to check out the venue 3 months prior. We met with Erica Dunn, the Assistant General Manager, to kind of go through a brief walk-through of the wedding. We were fortunate enough with our timing to be able to witness an actual wedding first-hand and see the process in action.
  
  The only thing we would critique would be that we had hoped there was a process in place that would allow us to sample the menu, but were slightly disappointed to find out that our only option would be to purchase the meals and appetizers as any walk-in customer. However, the meals were excellent (filet mignon and macadamia nut crusted fresh catch) and the sunset view was amazing.
  
  All in all, we highly recommend the Beach House for your wedding venue or even just as a place to enjoy a nice meal and enjoy the sunset.

  The venue is gorgeous. All the staff involved were friendly, attentive & accomodating. The food was superb.
  We already can’t wait to renew our vows, and there’s no other place in the world we’d want to do it.

  Our wedding was amazing at The Beach House. All of the staff were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. If planning a wedding in Kauai, this is your place! While spending a week in Kauai, I visited a lot of areas that I considered for the our wedding. Nothing could have topped our experience at The Beach House. Thanks to all of the staff at The Beach House for making our night so memorable.

  We had been there two years prior for dinner and fell in love with the Beach House Restaurant because of the beautiful setting. Nicole, the wedding coordinator, was a gem! Because this was a destination wedding, planning details from afar can be really daunting, but Nicole was so helpful and communicative. Our wedding day was a dream, the weather couldn't have been better and the staff was on point. The ceremony was set against the ocean and the reception was perfect--good food, organized, and too fun for words. I would recommend The Beach House as well as Nicole and her team a thousand times over.

  Most stunning views on the south side of Kauai, good food, lots of aloha spirit

  We picked the Beach House as our wedding venue mostly because of the view and because they provide easy-to-understand package deals, which were important to us, as we were coordinating our small 19-person ceremony + dinner from the mainland. Other venues, while also beautiful, would have required us to hire an outside coordinator, an expense we weren't interested in taking on. Our coordinator Tiffany was always very responsive to our questions via email and willing to jump on a phone call. She also worked with us on line items, like allocating the part of our budget for an officiant to be used to hire a hula dancer and extra hour with our musician (we had our own officiant). We especially liked our flowers: the arrangement was elegant and colorful. Of course, no wedding is perfect -- we had some unexpected inclement weather -- but we could not have asked for a more beautiful setting, complete with good food, drinks and aloha spirit. We even got a rainbow out of it. The on-site coordinator, Erica, was professional, organized and responsive, even with a last-minute request to change the orientation of the table for the after-ceremony dinner. And if you don't take advantage of taking pictures on the rocks on the oceanfront, you're doing it wrong!!
