I made up my mind on getting a floor decal about 3 weeks before my wedding and was worried I wasn’t going to be able to get it with such short notice but thankfully Tailor Made Dance Floors was super accommodating and was able to design, produce, & deliver beautifully. We hired Tailor Made to wrap the dance floor for our wedding. It seems like a minor detail, but it really elevated the look of our reception. It added personality and style. I’m so glad we chose to do this. The team worked with us to create a crest with our initials. It turned out stunning! I would definitely recommend this company. -

The custom dance floor gave our dance floor such a lifted experience. The original venue floor was brown and plain and I knew a custom floor wrap would help. It completely helped lift our whole decor and room felt so vibrant! It was exactly the design I wanted. I’d highly recommend! -

Cemone took us on as clients with 30 days out and she jumped into action without hesitation. From her spreadsheets and documents to her professionally-run meetings, I could tell immediately that she puts a lot of thought into her work and is several steps head. Cemone is very responsive and a calming presence in what can easily be a chaotic situation especially on wedding day. After looking for a planner for weeks, I reached out to Out of Box Weddings and had the privilege of working with Cemone. Not only was she a delight from the start, she was affordable, flexible and most of all professional. From scheduling dress shopping to recommended a DJ & florist, and even be apart of my tasting. The company even made a beautiful floor wrap for the reception. When I say ONE STOP SHOP, I absolutely MEAN it!! She truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the wedding of my dreams. Just call and book! You won't be disappointed. Cemone helped me plan my wedding. Usually wedding planning can be stressful and scary, but she held my hand all the way to my wedding date. We often collaborated and shared ideas with amongst each other. Cemone made all of my ideas come to life! What I loved the most is she also attended all of appointments I had with vendors I hired. I highly recommend you hire her to plan and coordinate your wedding. -

Cemone absolutely went above and beyond in helping us prepare for our April 11th wedding at the Ocean Club in Key Biscayne! After hearing about her from a wedding show, we hired her via a Groupon for day-of-coordination plus assistance in the two months leading up
to the wedding. Since I don't live in Miami, she had no problem meeting with me when I was in town (far prior to the 2-month mark) and was always super quick to get back to me via email or phone whenever I had questions or concerns. Our florist fell through
last minute on getting us our desired table linens, so Cemone stepped up and got us exactly what we wanted at a discounted rate from one of the vendors she works with-- plus her team brought the linens in themselves, which saved us $$ on delivery/ setup from
the linen vendor. She also took a meeting (beyond the in-person meeting amount specified in our contract) at our venue on our behalf when management abruptly changed there and we wanted assurance that everything would be taken care of. Cemone was thorough
(except for a few misspellings of our names), professional, efficient, and from what we saw, totally calm and un-flustered. She gently nudges you on day of wedding to let you know when would be a good time to cut the cake, get speeches started, etc, and handles
all the running around to communicate with the DJ, photographer, etc. Ultimately, our wedding was absolutely everything we dreamed of and went on without a single hitch-- we had the time of our lives and didn't have to worry about a thing-- thanks to Cemone!
I would highly recommend her services. -

I am the mother of the bride and my primary thought when we hired Out of Box Events and Weddings was that I wanted to really enjoy my daughters wedding and not be stressed out. I didn't want to have to worry about one single thing. Cemone and her troop did so much more than what I expected. They truly kept control of every detail, from the vendors, to the wedding favors, seating charts, etc, etc. They even attended to the Bride and Groom, making sure they were ready for the next thing on their timeline and even making sure that they drank water and ate during the evening. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism that Out of Box Events brought to my daughters wedding. I can tell you that I didn't worry about a thing, just enjoyed the evening like every other guest. Don't hesitate to hire this company. It will be worth every penny! -

A lot of hard work went into planning our wedding and Cemone always assured us that everything was going to work out and it did!!! She went above and beyond to make sure we had quality designs and decor and she executed the details that we specified in order to make our day special. Cemone is a great listener, very calm, and professional. I appreciated her calmness because it complemented my calm spirit. She kept us organized with all of our vendors and communicated any changes made from our vendors immediately. I was so pleased with Cemone and her team, I have and will continue to recommend Out of Box Events and Weddings to anyone that is embarking on their wedding journey. I only hired them for DOC services but they were around for everything that I needed them for, including meetings at the venue and rehearsals. I was sent timelines, given a check-list of things I needed and papers to keep my other vendors organized. She kept in touch with my vendors to either stay informed or inform them of changes/updates and the day of the wedding everything was taken care of beautifully! They went above and beyond, I'm so thankful and glad I went with Out of Box Events! -
