  The chefs at this catering company were amazing !

  My party was absolutely made by these chefs.
  All of them were absolutely tentative and respective and absolutely made My husband and My night amazing !!!!! Cheers to all at signature catering! This is absolutely not a one-man ,,show they show up ,they hit the ground ,and they start running ! Everybody knew what they were supposed to do ,everybody knew where they were supposed to be ,and it was perfect ! My whole party absolutely loved every single thing that was made ! Thank you again I could never get this one time shot as perfect as it was!!!! It didn’t matter if it was a 300 person party or a 40 person party everybody was VIP!!!

  Wow...just wow!

  To say Signature Catering did an amazing job would be an understatement! My husband and I wanted a formal plated dinner for 130 guests (which is no easy undertaking) and Chef and his team more than delivered!
  
  We have been to many weddings where the food is underwhelming to say the least...this was NOT the case with our wedding. The evening started with passed hors d'oeuvres and a cheese and charcuterie board during cocktail hour. At this point, guests were already talking about how amazing the food was. Guests were then invited to select between blackened grouper, filet mignon, caprese risotto, or a kid's meal. The food was cooked to perfection; the filet was juicy; the fish was flakey; the risotto was al dente; and even the kid's meal was enticing! To top it all off, we had several guests with special dietary restrictions and Chef was able to accommodate all of the special requests. Finally, Chef created three different dessert cups for our guests to enjoy.
  
  We would highly recommend Signature Catering to any couple looking for a magical food experience for their wedding!

  Christopher Holbrook did an amazing job with our daughter’s wedding reception! He’s an amazing chef! Everyone is still talking about how good the food was. From crab cakes, brisket spring rolls, Mahi Mahi, shrimp and grits and more! All deliciously prepared!

  Signature Catering of 30A catered my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception and they were amazing! We had a shrimp and crawfish boil for the rehearsal dinner and Chef Chris and his team set everything up right in our beach home. My family and friends all commented on how great the food was and the friendliness of the staff, especially Chef Chris. The reception was even better, one of my friends said the food was so good, her husband went back 3 times to fill up his plate! Thankfully not everyone did that or we would have run out of food. The shrimp and grits were delish! I would highly recommend this caterer to everyone I know.

  Chris and his team at Signature Catering of 30A did an incredible job with the wedding of my oldest Daughter, Stephanie on April 11th 2015. Every detail was meticulously planned out and handled in a truly professional manner. His staff was attentive, anticipated our needs and VERY friendly which certainly allowed the bride and guests a chance to just relax and enjoy a great evening knowing that the details were well managed.
  
  Our menu was creatively prepared, presented well and most importantly delicious! I would highly recommend Chris for your special event, and as the father of 3 daughters, I have 2 more to go!

  Christopher and his staff are a joy to work with. They did everything we arranged and more. They were extremely professional and helpful both in the setup and clean up as well. The guests loved their staff as well as their food. I would highly recommend Christopher of Signature Catering of 30-A.

  If you want excellent food for your wedding, don't look any farther. I have had multiple people, who have been to several weddings, tell me the food at my wedding was the best they've ever had. Chris is creative, fun and a top notch chef.

  Stay away!

  Chef/Owner showed up in Intoxicated and was belligerent to the entire party. Food was terrible Chef didn't bring enough tables and then tried to tell my wife and her friends I only paid $225. I have no idea where $225 even came from since we agreed on $500 and I had not even paid him a deposit yet. Was really disturbing because he kept slurring his words and you could barely understand what he was saying, Just a terrible experience.

  Cussing Caterer

  I witnessed this caterer in action and have never been so astonished at his behavior with wedding guests all around. Totally unprofessional. I personally heard his using the F-bomb over five times out loud when I was standing about twenty yards away from him. He arrived late and was ordering people around like a maniac.
