Blue Line Catering was easy to work with, quick in response, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had to many compliments from attendees about how much they enjoyed the food! I would 100% recommend this company and I would use them again.

We hired Blue Line Catering for our wedding and could not have been happier! Planning a destination wedding from out of state can be stressful, but Bethany made everything so easy. She was wonderful in coordinating our order and delivery setup, and everything went off without a hitch.
We went with their BBQ menu — smoked brisket, chicken, beans, Brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes — and every single dish was absolutely delicious. We had never tried their food before and chose them based solely on reviews, and they absolutely lived up to (and exceeded) the hype. The staff was incredibly professional, the food arrived fresh and perfectly prepared, and the portions were generous.
Pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the quality and service we received. If you're considering them, do yourself a favor and book — you won't regret it!

This place made my wedding day! From our first interaction last year to the day of the wedding this past spring, I have had nothing but the best service from them! Chef Michael was so caring, professional and took care of everything I needed from them, not to mention the food was created perfectly and exceeded my expectations! Will be hiring them again for all of my future event needs.
