User2505305 Sent on 01/14/2016Ciera is our wedding photographer, and she has been an amazing vendor to work with. She is experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and has wonderful creative vision. I could not have been more pleased how our engagement photos turned out, and we received many compliments on them! Ciera even turned our photos around quickly knowing that we had to send Save the Dates out soon. She captured our love so wonderfully, and truly captured the personality of my fiance and I. I cannot wait to see what is in store for our wedding photography, but I know it will be seamless and wonderful due to her varied experience and expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful pictures with a talented and very sweet natured photographer! -
User2488309 Sent on 12/31/2015Ciera is a wonderful photographer! I recently had a photoshoot done, and she was extremely proffessional and the pictures turned out amazing! I cannot say enough great things about her skill as an artist. Furthermore, she was incredibly nice to work with as a person - very personable and made the experience a total blast. I would reccommend her to anyone in the future!

User2246165 Sent on 07/28/2015Terrible experience! My husband & I hired Ciera Knabe of Ciera Chante Photography to capture our engagement & wedding day photos. Over a month after our wedding, we had not heard from Ciera or received wedding photos. I reached out to her to see when we could expect them. At that time, she informed us that she dropped her hard drive & it was no longer working. All of our family pictures were gone. We were devastated!
Ciera told us she had taken the hard drive to Best Buy’s data recovery center & that Best Buy would be able to retrieve the images in approximately 6-10 weeks. Three months later Ciera informed us that BB was “no longer able to recover the missing images” and provided NO explanation as to why the outcome had abruptly changed. At that point, we asked her to send the hard drive to a second data recovery center that we had located & researched. She agreed & told us she would know more in 3-6 weeks. After seven weeks passed with no word from Ciera, I called the second data recovery center & they informed me that they emailed her an invoice 7 weeks prior & never received a reply. Shocking! We were under the impression that the hard drive was being worked on & not simply sitting at the data recovery center awaiting further action from her.
Sadly, after eight frustrating months, only 9 additional images (according to Ciera) were recovered. During this process, we never felt that we were treated honestly, professionally or respectfully. Save yourself the anxiety & headache.
