    Just Married!

    Carol's was amazing!!! We had her cater the nachos and salad bar. Delicious! On time! Beautiful display!

    Carol's food was fantastic! We did a taste testing with her and she gave us top notch service and food. So juicy! And she also did our appetizer table. It literally looked like the table was exploding/overflowing with fruits and cheeses!

    Carol wasn't such a sweetheart. The tasting was so fun and she makes amazing food. We decided on the chicken Marsala with green beans and roasted red potatoes. EVERYONE enjoyed the food and the portion size was perfect For dinner. She was on time to the venue and knew exactly where to set up and when to serve. She worked great with my coordinator and definitely delivered more than we expected.

    Carol was SO nice to work with. Her food and service were both excellent. She went above and beyond what is asked of a caterer and made our experience incredible. She was very friendly to our guests, brought mine and my husband's food to us (before the crowds got in line), worked well with our other vendors and stayed until the end of the night to ensure that drinks were available until the party was over! I cannot say enough great things about Carol.

    One word, YUM!!!! Carol makes the best cakes!! Our tasting was delicious and our wedding guests were delightfully pleased and full at our wedding! Great catering company!

    We LOVED Carol's Catering Service! The food was delicious. We also were able to taste samples of the food which were soooo good, and, if it was possible, the food on the day of the wedding was even better! We received so many compliments on the food!!! Also, Carol was very good with timely communication and getting back to us quickly if we had questions. She made the wedding process of planning for the food so easy and stress-free, which is just what we needed! We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a caterer!! :) LOVED her and the food!

    Carol did the catering for my daughter's wedding. We had barbeque for dinner. The dinner was so good. We had many compliments about the food from our guests. (Try her potato casserole. It is the best!) The barbeque was so tender and delicious. She provided a fruit, vegetable, and cheese table for us. All of the items were so fresh and beautifully presented. My daughter's fiance did not like cake so Carol did a Desert Table for us. It was the hit of the wedding. There were so many choices to pick from, cakes, little pies, cream horns, cookies, cheesecakes, etc. Everyone of our guests commented on the desert table and how it was so hard to pick what to eat because it all looked so good. If you want a great caterer at an extremely reasonable price, let Carol's do your catering. She was wonderful to work with. I would use her again and again.

    I loved Carol's variety of food options and the quality of the items I picked was amazing!! I can't wait to have another party so I can use her again!!!

    Best BBQ I've ever had! Everyone came up to us saying they don't usually eat brisket or sausage but they absolutely loved it at our wedding! We also had Carol make our cakes which were also amazing!! Even the day after (my grandfather even partially froze it and thawed it back out) they were still so moist and delicious. Also, Carol's catering has the best prices for food and cake. Highly recommended!

    One word describes Carol's Catering- AMAZING!!!!!! I received sooo many compliments on our food. I wanted to have BBQ, b/c lets be honest, what's a Texas wedding without good BBQ. Many of my friends and family are BBQ snobs and were amazed!! The staff was so nice and accommodating. The service was impeccable. I also used them to cut and serve my cake. They preserved the top tier also which I hadnt even thought about! I was on a tight budget, and their pricing was well below what I expected to pay. If you want fantastic food, great service, and professionalism at an amazing price, BOOK CAROL's!!

    Carols Catering Service is wonderful!!! She provided the dinner,drink station,wedding cake and the grooms sweet table. She did a fabulous job not to mention her staff were all so nice and very professional. We decided to get the upgrade to china,flatware and water goblets and everything went smoothly her staff was very efficient with bussing tables and taking care of the dishes. My 7-tier cake was the talk of the night in addition to my husbands sweet table. He is not really a cake person so Carol gave us the idea of having a "sweet table" with cheesecakes, brownies, rice krispie treats and more. All in all everything she did was great. We are still getting calls about how great the roast beef and chicken was and all our wonderful food.Thank you Carol you and your company did a phenomenal job.

    Carol's provided both my wedding cake and groom cake. Both were absolutely wonderful moist cake and great flavors. No one could beat the price either per slice. All around great!

    Carol is such a sweet lady! She made planning the food/cake for my wedding quick and easy!
    Carol provided the BBQ and cakes for our wedding. The BBQ was delicious. My guests raved about how great it tasted.
    She also baked both of our cakes. They were beautiful and yummy.
    It was nice to have her take care of both the food and cakes, sure made the whole planning thing a lot easier!

    She did my rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding and is fantastic. Her bar-b-que is to die for. She and her staff are so easy to get along with!!

    Carol was amazing. She was always available to meet when I needed to make changes and helped me workout what fit best with my number of guests and my budget, up until the week before the wedding. She also did my cakes. They were perfect. Couldn't have asked for better service. Carol and her staff do wonderful work, very helpful, and great price!!

    Carol cartered the BBQ dinner at my wedding reception and made the bride & groom's cakes. The food was excellent. Carol and her staff were so friendly and helpful. We served a buffet line but Carol told my groom and I to do sit down because she was serving us. Very sweet of her.

    The taste of the cakes was exceptional. The design quality isn't quite what I had in mind but being able to serve a good tasting cake at a very reasonable cost was worth having Carol make our cakes. She bent over back-ward to do everything that we asked.

    I highly recommend the BBQ dinner and the red velvet cake. :)

    Our daughter's wedding was 8/10/13 and we ordered the Fruit/Veggie Table, Chocolate Fountains in place of wedding cake, Southwest Table, Drink Station, and several platters of finger foods. The reason I wanted to go with Carol is because I liked her pricing style (per 100 instead of per person). After I met her I decided to go with her for sure because not only was she experienced after many years, she was easy to work with and communicate. She was super flexible. Everyone really liked the food and some said they wanted to use her for an event in their future. The coffee in the drink station was so good. She had several syrups for flavoring.

    Wow, I can't believe the price of the cakes were so cheap and the cakes looked absolutely amazing. I literally visited 16 cake vendors. Nothing beats Carol's Catering! Her cakes are very tasty and very moist. I'm not a big fan of chocolate cake, but when I tried hers, I couldn't stop eating it! Carol is also a very sweet lady and has a a great sense of humor. If you want to contact her, text or call her. She's hard to get a hold of via email. I do not regret my decision on choosing such a talented, decently-priced vendor!

    The food was good and at a great value. Carol had a fruit/veggie display that was awesome. The cakes were great as well. She was very helpful and professional throughout the process.
