Ok, so my fiance is not the tallest, but Im by far shorter than him unless I have heels on which I dearly love. It doesnt bother him, because i wear them all the time, however at our wedding i want to wear flats so that Im not taller than him...So...

The more I think about it the more I want a whimsical winter wonderland theme.....I didnt really want a theme at first but family and friends are making cute suggestions, my colors are light blue, silver, and white. Any suggestions on affordable...
